Built from the inside out

We didn't come from the tech world and learn about nonprofits and small businesses. We came from inside these industries and learned how to fix the systems that hold them back.

We exist because mission-driven businesses and organizations deserve better infrastructure.

Too many organizations are doing extraordinary work with systems that weren't built for them. They deal with patchwork tools, manual workarounds, and data that lives in five places and tells no clear story. The people doing this work deserve better. Their communities and customers deserve better.

Meet the Founder

Natalie Gomez

Before starting Opal Impact Strategies, Natalie spent years as a Senior Manager of Operations and Finance inside a nonprofit, sitting in the same seat as the clients she now serves.

That experience shaped everything about the vision she has for Opal Impact Strategies. She knows what it feels like to pull donor and grant reports on a Friday afternoon from three disconnected spreadsheets. She knows what it costs a team when a CRM gets implemented and nobody uses it. She knows that the real barrier to adoption isn't the software but rather whether the system was built for the people who have to use it every day.

Opal Impact Strategies was founded to close that gap - to be the consultant that organizations wish they'd had access to years earlier. Mission-aligned, technically skilled, and deeply familiar with the realities of operating inside a resource-constrained organization.
